Christmas in Scotland

Christmas in Scotland

So hang a shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now

In Kraków each church builds magnificent nativities and people go from church to church viewing all of the nativities. While we didn’t spend Christmas in Kraków, I did get to see one while on a field trip with my students. Kraków also has a wonderful Christmas market but I didn’t take any pictures while I was there! Their mulled wine was the strongest and the best I had.

For Christmas, we decided to go to Glasgow, Scotland. We were hoping for a cold maybe snowy Christmas. What we got was a cold rainy Christmas. Even though the weather outside was frightful the trip was truly delightful.

Here is a lovely photo of what I looked like the majority of my time here. Don’t worry a glam photo is much further down.

Macaroni and Cheese!!! I really miss mac n cheese and we don’t have it in Poland.

My parents are just too adorable in this snap sending their Christmas love!

America! Why do we not have Christmas crackers?! These are so much fun and from now on I will never celebrate a Christmas without them!

It is very interesting to me that Lucky got a present even though I know for sure that he should be on the naughty list.

Even my younger brother got into the Christmas spirit at home. Sorry, Ian, I had to share your festive outfit with the world!
